I can support you in identifying the underlying causes and promoting your potential to overcome challenges and obstacles. My goal is to help you learn skills, challenge thought patterns, and modify behaviors to work towards your ideal life in a comfortable, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment. I offer a treatment approach that focuses on helping support you identify your personalized goals and realize your capability to reach them. 

I provide therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approaches with trauma-informed lens to address challenging harmful core beliefs, modify thought patterns, and employ skills to modify behaviors to promote meeting life goals. My focus is to provide you with an environment where you feel supported, encouraged, and heard while challenging difficult life circumstances. My background has been working with individuals with trauma and stress, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and grief. I primarily work with individuals 18 years or older to provide individual therapy.

I specialize in the treatment of:

  • Anxiety Disorders: General, Social, Phobias, Panic, and OCD

  • Mood Disorders: Depression, Bipolar I and II

  • Eating Disorders: ARFID, AN-R, AN-BP, and BED. Managing symptoms and reducing engaging behaviors associated with disordered eating.

  • Adjustment Disorders: Managing symptoms related to current stressors

  • Interpersonal Issues: Communication, family stressors, getting along with others.

  • Behavior Change: Breaking habits or creating more effective behavior patterns

  • Mindfulness: The ability to focus on the present and be more purposeful

  • Stress Management: Developing skills to manage and/or decrease stress
